NaveenPay – PAN Assistance (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital assistance platform that helps registered agents/users submit PAN card application requests for their customers through an assisted process.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information shared while using our mobile application, website, or related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user and customer information in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.

NaveenPay – PAN Assistance does NOT directly issue PAN cards.

• The app only facilitates PAN application assistance
• PAN card processing is done through authorized government portals / service providers (e.g., NSDL/UTIITSL)
• We act as an assistance and coordination platform
• Final approval, rejection, delay, or issuance of PAN card is handled by the respective authority

To provide PAN assistance services, we may collect the following information:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Login credentials

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Mobile number
• Address
• Identity details required for PAN application
• OTP (only for verification purpose, not stored permanently)

• Device information
• IP address
• App usage data

Collected information is used only for:

• Submitting PAN application requests
• Contacting the customer for OTP verification

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

However, no online transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Agents must submit accurate and genuine information
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Any misuse, fake submission, or illegal activity may lead to account suspension

Information is retained only as long as required for:

• Service execution
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution
