By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• NaveenPay does not directly operate or execute any service.
   
• All services are operated and executed by third-party service providers.
   
• The respective third-party provider is responsible for service availability, accuracy, transaction success/failure, refunds, delays, and quality.
   

You may use the platform only if:

• You are legally competent under the laws of India.
   
• You provide required KYC documents where applicable.
   

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure.
   
• Avoid any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
   
• Provide accurate and complete information at all times.
   

• NaveenPay acts solely as an intermediary.
   
• We are not liable for financial loss, data loss, transaction failure, service downtime, delays, or any acts/omissions of third parties.
   
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   

• We may add, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
   
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of any service.
   

• Applicable fees and charges are determined by the respective service providers.
   
• Fees and charges may be changed at any time.
   

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per the respective third-party provider’s policy.
   
• NaveenPay is not directly responsible for refund processing.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold NaveenPay, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
   
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
   
• Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website/app.
